Cancellations

Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time and date will be charged the 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment amount to the card on file. No refunds after service has been completed. No show/late 15 minutes after appointment time, you will forfeit your appointment and be charged the full amount.
